Get an overview of our portfolio of shops in the various sectors, which we operate together with partner companies of our owner-managed group of companies.
Together with our partner companies, we have been successfully operating shops in museums, brand worlds and cultural institutions in Germany for twenty years. As an operating concept, we offer predominantly independent shop operations. However, there is also the possibility of purely operational business as an outsourced service. Furthermore, we have supported and accompanied museums and science centres in setting up their own museum shops.
In the operation of museum shops, we played through all the relevant aspects - from planning, furnishing and IT to assortment design - not just once, but several times under various conditions. Every project has made us experts step by step. We know from experience what we do and this experience advantage distinguishes us!
In our function as shop operators we see our role as a kind of ambassador. It is part of our self-image not to represent ourselves, but the respective institution or museum in which the shop is located.
Our aim for our shops is to playfully convey knowledge, offer inspiration and amaze visitors. The experience world of the museum or the brand should be strengthened in the shop and have an emotional impact.
We see ourselves as partners of the respective museum and are convinced that together more can be achieved for all. That is why we like to cultivate a transparent and cooperative working style with synergy potential.
